I'm Akshay Dhama, a Sr. technical writer and project coordinator based in New Delhi. My background in engineering gives me a genuine understanding of systems, architecture, and the kind of precision technical documentation demands. Since 2020, I've written everything from API integration documents and SRS specs to developer blogs, AI-ML scenarios, and government compliance reports. While performing my individual writing duties, I've also spent 5+ years as the team lead of the Project Management Unit at the National Informatics Centre (MeitY), delivering documentation for some of India's most widely used digital infrastructure—including Parichay, Aarogya Setu, and JanParichay. I haven't limited myself to writing but have learned enough to get by and have become the one who sits even in architectural discussions, coordinates with dev, data scientists, and QA teams, and understands the product before me and team start writing a single word about it.
